About Stayvo

Your knees need backup, not a lecture.

We make one small knee strap and a free plan for getting back into moving. Here's why, and what we promise you.

Why Stayvo exists

If you carry more weight, you've heard it. From friends, from forums, sometimes from your doctor: "Lose the weight first. Your knees will thank you."

Maybe they will. But losing weight takes months.

The stairs are today. So is the walk from the parking lot, and getting up from your chair.

So we asked one question: and until then?

Stayvo is our answer. Support for your knees now, while you get stronger. Not after.

Support now. Strength for later.

Two things come in every order.

The strap

One soft silicone pad sits just under your kneecap, on the band that takes the load with every step. One strap holds it there. No tight sleeve, nothing to squeeze into. On in 30 seconds.

The Knee Reset plan

A free 6-week plan with 8 low-impact moves. No equipment: a chair, a wall, the bottom step. Wear the strap while you move. Do the plan between walks.

What it won't do

It won't treat arthritis, and we won't pretend it does.

It won't make you lose weight. That's not its job.

It looks small. That's the point. It backs up one spot while you move, and leaves the rest of your knee free.

And it won't fit every leg.

It closes on legs up to 15 in (38 cm) around, just below the knee. Measure there with a soft tape before you order. Not sure? Email us your number. We'll tell you straight.

Have a knee condition or a recent surgery? Check with your doctor first.
