1. Who we are

This store sells the Stayvo brand and is operated by Evenrest, a trading name of a French sole proprietorship ("Stayvo", "Evenrest", "we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or buying something from us, you agree to the terms below.

2. What we sell

We sell the Stayvo knee strap, an adjustable strap with a silicone pad worn just below the kneecap, for adults. Each order also includes the Knee Reset guide, a downloadable PDF.

The Stayvo strap is a general-use knee support. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, and it does not replace medical care or the advice of a healthcare professional. Ask your doctor or physical therapist before using it if you have a knee condition, recent surgery, a circulation problem, or skin that is broken or irritated where the strap sits. Stop using it if it causes pain, numbness or skin irritation, and follow the fitting instructions that come with it.

3. Ordering and prices

  • Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and may change at any time without notice. The price that applies is the one displayed when you place your order.
  • We may limit quantities per customer, per household or per order.
  • We may refuse or cancel any order. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we refund it in full.
  • Product images are representative. Colors can look slightly different from one screen to another, and packaging may be updated.
  • Typographical errors happen. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than honor the error.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.

By placing an order you confirm that the payment method is yours and that the information you've given us is accurate and complete.

5. One-time purchases

Every order is a one-time purchase at the price shown. We do not enrol you in a subscription.

6. Shipping and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Refunds and returns are covered by our Refund Policy, including our 60-day guarantee. Both are part of these terms, together with our Terms of Sale.

7. Your account and your conduct

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for what happens under it.

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to access it in ways we haven't provided for, not to scrape or copy it systematically, and not to submit viruses or malicious code.

8. Reviews, comments and anything else you send us

If you send us reviews, photos, ideas or other material, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and publish it in connection with our business. We may edit for length or clarity, and we may decline to publish.

You agree that what you send us is yours to send, is truthful, and doesn't infringe anyone's rights.

9. Our content

Everything on this site (text, photographs, videos, illustrations, logos, layout) belongs to us or to our licensors and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce it commercially without our written permission. The Stayvo and Evenrest names and logos may not be used without our written permission.

10. Third-party links and services

The site uses third-party services (payments, shipping, analytics, advertising) and may link to third-party sites. We're not responsible for their content or their practices.

11. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

We do our best, but we don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and including any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of the country where you live. If you are a consumer, those rights apply in addition to our 60-day guarantee, and our guarantee never reduces them.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Evenrest, Stayvo and their employees and suppliers from any claim arising out of your breach of these terms.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, and the "last updated" date at the top tells you when it changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law, and any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Paris, France.

This is without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection available to you in your country of residence: if you are a consumer, you keep the rights and the forum that the law of your own country gives you, and nothing on this page takes them away.
