Terms of Sale

Last updated: October 25, 2026

1. What these terms cover

These Terms of Sale apply to every order placed on this website for Stayvo products, sold by Evenrest, a trading name of a French sole proprietorship whose business address is 11 rue Alphonse Karr, 75019 Paris, France ("Stayvo", "Evenrest", "we", "us").

They sit alongside our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted them.

2. Who can order

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter into a contract. You order for your own personal use, and the information you give us at checkout must be accurate and complete.

3. Our products

We sell the Stayvo knee strap, for adults: an adjustable strap with a silicone pad, worn just below the kneecap. It fits legs up to 15 in (38 cm) around, measured just below the knee. Every order includes the Knee Reset guide, a downloadable PDF.

The Stayvo strap is a general-use knee support. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, and it does not replace medical care or the advice of a healthcare professional. Ask your doctor or physical therapist before using it if you have a knee condition, recent surgery, a circulation problem, or skin that is broken or irritated where the strap sits. Stop using it if it causes pain, numbness or skin irritation, and follow the fitting instructions that come with it.

Photos are representative: colors can look slightly different from one screen to another, and small variations in the strap's fabric or the packaging can occur.

4. Prices and offers

  • Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Any sales tax that applies is shown at checkout before you pay.
  • The price that applies to your order is the one displayed when you confirm it. Prices and offers can change or end at any time for later orders.
  • If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than honor the error.

5. Placing an order

You choose your product, add it to your cart, give your delivery and payment details, and confirm. Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation email.

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, if there was a pricing or technical error, or if we suspect fraud or abuse. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

If you need to change something, write to us straight away. Once an order is being prepared for dispatch, we may not be able to change it.

6. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you confirm your order, through secure third-party payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.

7. Delivery

Where we deliver, what it costs and how long it takes are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates. If a parcel is late, lost or damaged, that policy explains what we do about it.

8. Our 60-day guarantee and refunds

You have 60 days from delivery to tell us the strap isn't right for you. You send it back and we refund your order. The details, including how to return it, are in our Refund Policy.

9. Your legal rights

Our guarantee comes on top of the rights that the consumer law of your country gives you, including any right to cancel a distance purchase. It never reduces them.

10. Our responsibility

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for a delay or a failure caused by events we cannot reasonably control, such as carrier disruption, strikes, severe weather or a decision by a public authority. We will tell you as soon as we can and do what we reasonably can to limit the effect.

12. Your personal data

We use the data you give us to process and deliver your order, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law, and any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Paris, France. If you are a consumer, you keep the rights and the forum that the law of your own country gives you, and nothing on this page takes them away. Please write to us first: most problems are solved with one email.

14. Changes, and what happens if a clause fails

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the day you placed it. If a court finds one clause invalid, the others continue to apply.

15. Contact

Any question about an order: write to us at contact@stayvostrap.com or through our Contact page.
